📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee daily camp operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with local guides and staff to ensure smooth execution of adventure programs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Develop and implement new adventure programs that align with our mission.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the camp.
- Monitor and maintain camp equipment and facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of camp operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in camp management or outdoor adventure coordination.
- Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating logistics.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and experience with camp vehicles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
