🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.

• Familiarity with basic data entry and organization skills.
