📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals for classes and events
- Conduct culinary classes and workshops, demonstrating techniques and recipes
- Develop and refine new recipes in collaboration with the head chef
- Educate students on culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Participate in inventory management and food cost analysis
- Assist in the production of high-quality meals for catering events
- Contribute to the development of culinary curriculum and educational materials
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef or culinary educator
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
- Valid food handler's certificate
