As a KOL Strategy Supervisor, you'll work closely with our creative and data teams to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You'll use tools like Hootsuite, Later, and Sprout Social to manage and analyze social media performance, ensuring our campaigns meet and exceed KPIs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement KOL strategies that align with brand goals and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and engaging content for influencers.
• Manage and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Later, and Sprout Social.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
• Present campaign results and recommendations to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful KOL campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
