📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of service.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement using tools like Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures and protocols to ensure consistency across all clinics.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
• Train and mentor staff on new processes and best practices to drive adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve operational goals and targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or a related continuous improvement methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
