📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Implement and manage life insurance products for clients.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on product features and usage.
  • Monitor product performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth product implementation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in life insurance.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns related to product implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the product implementation process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product implementation or a similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and their features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
