Develop and execute strategic financial plans and forecasts for the Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with Airbnb's overall business objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of finance and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support acquisition decisions, evaluate potential opportunities, and assess risks.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in financial analysis and strategic planning.,Drive innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in strategic finance, financial analysis, or a similar role in a high-growth environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.,Proven track record of developing and executing strategic financial plans and forecasts.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools and techniques.,Deep understanding of financial markets, investment analysis, and risk management principles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
