As an HR Admin & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits. You will also ensure that all HR processes adhere to labor laws and company policies. This role requires a combination of administrative skills and a deep understanding of labor regulations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files
- Process payroll using SAP and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR documentation and policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field
- Proven experience in payroll processing using SAP
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
