📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Provide expert advice on tax compliance, BPOM certification, SNI standards, and Halal certification.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, BPOM certification, SNI standards, and Halal certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
