📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design and construction of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and staff.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PEng) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
