📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and operations.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on team performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve organizational goals.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
