📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have.

Managing the store's inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and organized.

Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Promoting sales and special offers to increase customer engagement.

Maintaining a clean and attractive store display.

Maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory levels.

Assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
