Direct Gate Cemerlang is looking for a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials at competitive prices. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure that all procurement activities are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Liaise with internal teams to understand material and supply needs.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement actions as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
