📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of activities,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews,Develop and implement training programs for staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with financial management and reporting,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance
