Star Village Pratama is looking for a Lead Warehouse Staff to manage and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with suppliers and delivery teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy of stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Resolve warehouse-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments to find solutions.,Train and develop warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
