Asia Mining is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the work of pharmacist assistants, ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the work of pharmacist assistants to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.,Oversee the preparation and distribution of medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain a well-organized and stocked pharmacy, including ordering and receiving new supplies.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Participate in staff training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.,Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication preparation, inventory management, and patient care.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technology.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid pharmacy license and certification, if required in your region.,Experience in leading and managing a team of pharmacist assistants.
