📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and train the F&B service team to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B service management.
• Proven track record of managing F&B service teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
