📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and develop key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Monitor client performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform business strategies.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand business opportunities.

Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the hospitality or similar industry.

Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage client relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
