📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop outlet staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Coordinate with the central office for promotional activities and inventory restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry is a plus.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
