📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and issues.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with performance management systems and methodologies.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.
