Town Glow Mandiri is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are in top condition. This role is crucial for keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.,Track vehicle mileage and usage, providing reports as needed.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and registered, and that all documentation is up to date.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
