📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and renewal.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all contracts.
• Manage and optimize the contract portfolio to ensure maximum value and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract execution.
• Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
• Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide contract management training and support to internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in contract management software such as ContractWorks or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
