📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.,Lead the development of data enablement strategies to support business decision-making.,Oversee the development and maintenance of data management tools and systems.,Provide data governance training and support to employees across the organization.,Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities.,Monitor and report on data governance metrics and performance indicators.,Ensure compliance with relevant data regulations and standards.,Drive innovation in data enablement through the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on data governance and enablement.,Proven track record of leading data governance initiatives and improving data quality.,Strong knowledge of data management tools and technologies, including ERP systems, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of data regulations and standards, such as GDPR and COSO.,Certifications in data governance, such as CDGO (Certified Data Governance Officer) or similar, are a plus.
