📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and grow our customer base.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics industry.,Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to promote our services.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
