📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Experience with remote work and communication tools.,Familiarity with local culinary traditions and preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
