📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure that all baked goods are fresh, properly portioned, and presented in an attractive manner.,Maintain a clean and organized baking area, including equipment and utensils.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure food quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new bakers and staff members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve baking skills and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in the food industry.,Proven ability to create high-quality baked goods with attention to detail and consistency.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and food safety regulations.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian baking culture and preferences is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
