📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the area and drive business growth.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that the area is operating in a safe and legal manner.,Develop and implement training programs to help the team improve their skills and knowledge.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, and experience in managing a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
