📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's revenue.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and retention.,Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
