📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development of store layouts and displays to maximize sales.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
