Crown Crystal Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises in Binjai. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the facility, patrolling the area, and responding to any security threats or emergencies. This is a hybrid position, combining on-site and remote duties to ensure comprehensive security coverage.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.,Patrol the premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.,Respond promptly to any security threats, alarms, or emergencies.,Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential security risks.,Maintain communication with other security personnel and relevant authorities.,Assist in the investigation of security incidents and prepare reports as required.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in security guard duties or related fields.,Good physical condition and the ability to work in various weather conditions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.,Valid ID and security clearance.
