📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet quarterly and annual goals.,Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.,Create and manage fundraising campaigns, including events, appeals, and social media drives.,Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all fundraising channels.,Track and report on fundraising activities, including donations, pledges, and event attendance.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of fundraising proposals and grant applications.,Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Provide exceptional customer service to donors, sponsors, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fundraising best practices and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising software (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with event planning and management is a plus.,Knowledge of the non-profit sector is a plus.
